Yes, let us know at sign-up if you’re booking on behalf of a team, and we’ll set up your company profile so every colleague’s stay counts toward the program.

Is there a membership fee?

No, the program is free to join.

What if my plans change?

Frequent Stayer bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up until 2pm on the day of arrival.

I book on behalf of a client, can I use their Frequent Stayer rate when making the booking?

Frequent Stayer rates are only available when a guest or company books with us directly, so we’re not able to apply them to bookings made through a travel agent or OTA.
